As founder and Director of Outbound Management Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Atul Mathur has been facilitating Outbound’s corporate training work since 1997. He is a certified OD practitioner from NTL, USA and is a part time faculty member at Lancaster University’s post-graduate programme in Development Training as well as a guest faculty at The University of Edinburgh. He is a frequent speaker at public forums and an occasional contributor to professional journals and business magazines. Prior to setting up Outbound, Atul has had twenty years of corporate experience in diverse industries. He lives in Panchgani with his wife, who is a film maker, and two children.

Vinita Saxena is a Director at Outbound Management Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. She is a mechanical engineer with ten years of experience in training and education after a stint in industry. She has undergone training in OD, facilitation, TA, NLP and Groupwork in the UK and in India. She has worked extensively with diverse groups – corporates, NGOs and children. She lives in Panchgani and is a keen bird watcher and amateur astronomer.
